PROGRAMS

Katu Katu Inc offers a variety of engaging and immersive programs, designed in collaboration with partner organizations to meet the specific needs of participants. Each program lasts between 5-6 hours, featuring a selection of two workshops from our diverse range of offerings, and can be tailored to suit all age groups and special needs.
Programs can be arranged as a one-day experience or extend over multiple days for a deeper exploration. We currently offer five unique workshops, with more in development to continuously enhance our participants’ experience. For optimal results, we recommend a monthly revisit to Katu Katu Inc.

1. Mindful Bushwalks
Participants embark on a sensory journey through nature, connecting with the environment to enhance mental and spiritual awareness. This experience encourages participants to engage all five senses, fostering a deeper connection with the land and teaching techniques for mental clarity and control.

2. Bush Tucker Workshops
Discover the rich flavors of native Australian ingredients in this workshop, which engages the senses of taste and smell. Participants will learn about the nutritional and spiritual value of native bush foods, gaining a new appreciation for overlooked elements in nature.

3. Native Australian Wildlife and Environment Awareness Program
This program emphasizes the connection between biodiversity and mental well-being. Participants will learn about common Australian wildlife and the importance of native animals to both the ecosystem and human health.

4.Didgeridoo Workshops
Learn the ancient art of playing the didgeridoo, mastering rhythmic breathing techniques that can enhance yoga practices and meditation. This workshop also explores the cultural significance and craftsmanship behind this traditional instrument.

5. Australian Aboriginal Art & Culture Workshops
Through exploring the deep connection between Aboriginal culture and the land, participants will reflect
